Cinnamon Puff Pastry Hearts

- 2 sheets of ready-to-use puff pastry dough
- ½ cup brown sugar
- cinnamon to taste
Preheat the oven to 390F.
Unfold a pastry sheet and put it lengthwise.
Sprinkle over with brown sugar and fold both sides approx 1 inch in. Fold again till the opposite sides meet in the middle, leaving a very thin hole.
Sprinkle with sugar again and finally fold one side of pastry over the other. Cut crosswise in 12-14 pieces.
Deep each side of the pastry in the brown sugar and place cut side down on the baking sheet approx ½ inch apart from each other.
Repeat the same process with the second sheet of puff pastry.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until light golden color.
